Without using frequently used layout design CAD programs, verification work can be conducted, allowing for the confirmation of mask data that was traditionally output on plotters to be checked on readily available PC machines, enabling a paperless process between design and production. It is also very effective for creating documents used in meetings or for presenting on a laptop. Additionally, as optional features, there are Exclusive OR display functions, wiring trace functions, and DRC interface functions, making it easy to check differences in stream data, wiring routes, and error data. It is also ideal for verifying drawings such as LCD panels, pixel shapes, and marks. The memory usage is kept below the input data, allowing for data verification of up to 1.5G (GDS data) on a PC.
